To print a PDF with multiple pages on a single sheet you must:

1.° - Press CTRL+P or go to File and press "Print".

2.° - In the printer you should choose the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option.

3.° - Then to change the number of pages per sheet, you must click "Multiples".

4.° - Finally, you only have to choose the number of pages you want per sheet.

5. - Then just press "print" and a new PDF file will be generated, with the number of pages per sheet you choose. It will be this file that you should load on the You Print platform.

You can prepare your document with 2, 4, 6, or more pages per sheet. If you have chosen a vertical orientation, you should select any print queue with the left binding indication. If the document is in landscape orientation, it should be printed in the top binding print queues.
